◦ What is Jacks Magic?

Jacks magic is a brand of chemical. Most refer to Jacks Magic for their metal sequest chemical (metal stain prevention). Jacks Magic is required for most pool surface warranty's.

◦ What is Pool Shock?

Pool shock is usually a dry, strong form of chlorine which rids the water of organic wastes and other particles that cause red eye's, itchy skin, and cloudy water. It is recommended to shock your pool once weekly or as needed.

◦ Do you sell liquid chlorine?

We only sell liquid chlorine in our retail stores. Liquid chlorine is illegal to ship. We at Pool Quest recommend bag shock, instead of liquid chlorine. Bag shock is easier to handle and more effective.
