Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders in the 48 contiguous states. We charge a flat handling fee of $8.95 even for items that are ordered together but shipped separately. All items are shipped UPS Ground and are damage and theft insured. Orders will not be delivered to a P.O Box.

Note: At this time PoolQuest Inc will not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or anywhere outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Time

All orders placed Monday through Friday by 5pm CST will by shipped the next day and should arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Any item(s) ordered Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped out the next business day. All items are shipped UPS Ground unless noted "Oversized".

Oversized Delivery Items

Products that are marked on our site as Oversized are too large to be shipped by using a common carrier and will be sent via ground by one of our trucking companies. It takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks to receive an Oversized item. You will be contacted 24 hours before delivery to set up an appointment. Products shipped are delivered curbside and it is the homeowners' responsibility to help remove the item(s) from the truck.

Note: Items shipped must be signed for and it is the homeowner's responsibility to inspect item(s) for damages before accepting delivery. If an item is damaged you must contact PoolQuest Inc at customerservice@poolquestinc.com so we can assist you with any problems that may arise. Refusal of product not due to damage will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.

Tax Information

Items that are ordered on our website will not be taxed except for customers who live in New York State. These customers will be charged 8.625% sales tax on all orders.
