◦ Why is it important to adjust the water chemistry of your spa?

You should test the water in your spa weekly for the following chemicals: Chlorine/Bromine, pH, Alkalinity, and Calcium. Proper chemical balance will keep your spa safe, clear, and clean. Proper chemical balance also keeps your heater, pump, and surface in good working order.

◦ What form of sanitizer for spa's do you sell?

We recommend Bromine for spa's. Bromine is more stable than Chlorine in hot water. Bromine doesn't require stabilizer like Chlorine does.

 

We do not recommend Baquacil or other hydrogen peroxide products. We have had many complaints in the past when we sold those products. We no longer sell any hydrogen peroxide (baqua) product.

◦ Do you carry spa parts?

Yes, we can get most spa parts next day. Please contact us to order your spa part.

◦ How long does it take to make a custom spa cover?

Most spa covers ship out 2 weeks after order.
